Screen printing transfers ink through a prepared stencil. It is often a practical choice when an ice pack needs a clear logo, short text, or a small number of spot colors. Each color generally adds a separate screen and setup step, so a simple one- or two-color mark is easier to control than a photographic design.
The quality of the screen, stencil, ink, curing conditions and substrate preparation all matter. Start with the pouch construction, not the logo
Printing cannot be specified in isolation. The outer film, laminate structure, surface treatment, transparency, background color and sealing method affect adhesion and appearance. Review the PVC, TPU and laminated nylon material comparison, then confirm the exact grade and surface that will receive the ink.
Artwork should respect the seal width, fill ports, curved edges, chambers, fold lines and likely product distortion after filling. A flat dieline can look different after gel is added.
