Check dimensions, materials, filling, seams and any cover or strap. Existing-product samples are free; the buyer pays shipping. Confirm any printing or additional sample work in the quote.
Review the artwork on the selected filled pack. Confirm print location, colors and readability with the proposed preparation and handling routine.
List every pack, sleeve, instruction sheet and printed package. Approve the packaging separately from the pack so the order unit and supplied contents are clear.
New development requires a tooling charge; 2–3 samples can be provided free, with freight paid by the buyer. Confirm extra printing, revisions and testing. Standard-product samples normally take 3–7 business days; new-tooling schedules are agreed separately.

Company inspection checks include dimensions, weight, printing, seal condition and leakage, with sampling generally used. Full inspection can be arranged when required. Heating and cooling checks are performed at the sample stage.

Can Cryozin supply a branded hot and cold pack program?
We can review existing formats and custom development for brands and distributors. The selected construction, logo, packaging, instructions and destination-market requirements are confirmed before production.
Can every catalog pack be used for both heating and cooling?
No blanket preparation method applies across the catalog. Cooling, heating and any combined-use claim must match the exact construction and approved instructions. Click-to-heat products follow a separate activation and reset pathway.
What is the difference between printing an existing pack and developing a new one?
An existing format still needs artwork, color, materials and pack-out approval. A new outline or structure also requires feasibility, drawing and tooling review. Send a reference and approximate dimensions so the development scope can be assessed.
How are MOQ, samples and production timing confirmed?
MOQ follows the selected product, dimensions and configuration. Existing-product samples are free with freight paid by the buyer; confirm any additional work. Standard-product samples normally take 3–7 business days and regular production takes 18–25 business days. New tooling and custom schedules are confirmed separately.
What quality evidence can be discussed before ordering?
Inspection photos, videos and reports can be provided, and buyer-funded third-party inspection is accepted. Agree the checks and documentation for the selected product. A sample review does not establish a universal temperature, cooling duration or cycle-life result.
