Explain who will use the pack, where it sits on the body or product, and whether it is handheld, worn, inserted into a wrap or packed into a kit. This determines geometry, comfort layers and accessory needs.

Temperature pathway

State whether the pack is for chilled, frozen, warmed or dual-temperature use. Preparation method and target flexibility should be confirmed during sampling instead of assumed from a generic gel description.

Outer material

Fill type, quantity, viscosity and chamber distribution influence conformity and migration. A long body wrap may need a different chamber strategy from a compact beauty or first-aid pack.

Can Cryozin adapt an existing product instead of creating a new mold?

Yes. Starting from a suitable catalog format can reduce development work. The team can review changes to color, print, sleeve, strap, packaging and gel performance before determining whether new tooling is necessary.

How long does custom sampling take?

Timing depends on design complexity, materials, artwork and tooling. A realistic sample plan is confirmed after the specification review; production timing is quoted after the approved sample and commercial terms are clear.

Are certificates available for custom projects?

Available management-system certificates, material information and product-specific test documents are reviewed against the selected construction and destination market. Request the current document set for the exact project rather than assuming one document covers every design.

Can you support private-label retail packaging?

Yes. Depending on the project, options can include printed packs, labels, instruction sheets, retail cartons, inner packs and shipping cartons. Artwork, legal copy and market requirements remain subject to buyer approval and production review.
