The six products below differ in coverage, fastening and contact-side construction. Start with the shape your range needs; use the comparison below to narrow the specification.
A wearable format for personal-care and beauty product ranges. Review eye coverage, nose clearance and the fit of the adjustable strap.
Fastening is part of the product specification, not an accessory detail. A dedicated wrist wrap and a general contoured pad use different ways to hold the pack in place.

A shaped gel-bead pad with a narrow hand band and a wider wrist band.
Selection detail: Compare thumb-opening position, strap routing and adjustment range.

A chambered gel-bead pad with one long strap, shown in several joint placements.
Selection detail: Select the intended body area before confirming pad dimensions and fastening range.
Formats for maternity and postpartum-care product programs. The geometry, cover and pieces per set need to match the intended kit.

Full-round gel-bead pads with an integrated plush contact side.
Selection detail: Distinguish attached backing from a separate cover when comparing quotations.

Open-center gel-bead pads with removable soft covers.
Selection detail: Review the center opening, cover fit and quantity of pads and covers per set.

A 24.5 × 7.5 cm gel-bead format with a removable sleeve option.
Selection detail: Specify pad-only or pad-plus-sleeve; do not assume both are included.
A similar color or outline does not make two packs equivalent. These are the differences to carry into your shortlist and quotation.

Published sizes: 18 cm round breast pad; 24.5 × 7.5 cm slim perineal pad. For the other formats, request a dimensioned drawing and filled-weight target before comparing quotations. Confirm pieces per set, preparation instructions and final pack-out for the selected product.
Gel-bead packs contain visible beads; smooth-gel packs use a continuous gel filling. For sourcing, compare the finished product rather than choosing from the filling name alone.
Ask to review each sample with its intended cover, at the same preparation conditions. Check how it sits, how the filling is distributed and how easily the pack can be positioned. Neither filling name alone establishes cooling duration or flexibility after conditioning.
Use an existing format as a starting point. The available changes depend on its construction and the sample review; not every option applies to every product.

Share bead-color references and logo artwork. Review placement and legibility on the actual pack, including seams, textured surfaces and strap overlap.
State how many pads, covers and straps belong in one saleable unit. Include required packaging dimensions, barcode placement and any assortment plan.
Identify the destination market and intended use. Agree on preparation, care and labeling for the exact configuration and request the relevant supporting documents.
Explore individual customization options or plan a coordinated product and packaging project.
A pad that looks right on its own may fit differently once its cover or straps are added. Keep the approved product, accessories, instructions and packaging together as one reference.

Compare the outline, openings and usable area with your drawing. Record the measurements that matter for the intended fit, not just the maximum length and width.
Inspect the sealed perimeter, chamber layout and visible bead distribution. Agree on appearance criteria and the inspection method for the selected construction.
Following the product-specific instructions, review positioning, strap adjustment and cover fit. Record the preparation conditions so later comparisons are meaningful.
Check that the unit contains the agreed pads, covers and accessories. Match artwork, instructions and labels to the approved version.
Confirm MOQ and the order unit for the selected model, size and configuration. Breast-pad quantities are counted in sets; specify the pads and covers included in each set. New-development timing is confirmed separately.

Practical questions to resolve before you approve a product or compare quotations.
Do not apply one product’s preparation method to the whole range. Confirm permitted cooling and any warming method for the selected construction, together with its cover and care instructions.
No. An integrated backing is part of the pad; a removable cover is a separate component. This affects set composition, fit and care instructions. The round breast pad shown above has attached plush backing; the U-shaped pad uses a separate cover.
The contoured wrap is shown in several placements, but the intended area and fit requirements still need to be specified. Check coverage and strap adjustment on the sample instead of assuming one configuration fits every use.
Share your color references, artwork and packaging brief with the selected product. Available changes depend on its construction and sample review. For sets, include the number of pads and covers as well as the outer packaging requirements.
Tell us the destination market, intended use and documents your purchasing team needs. Ask for documents tied to the relevant product, material or configuration; a company-level document does not establish the same scope for every item.
Compare the same dimensions, filled weight, backing or cover, fastening, pieces per set, artwork and packaging. Keep sample requirements and destination consistent. Otherwise a lower quotation may describe a different product or pack-out.
Send the product link or a reference image, quantity and destination market. If you are still comparing formats, tell us which options you are considering.
