Private Label Plush Gel Bead Eye Mask

A full-width gel-bead eye mask with a PVC face, permanently attached plush reverse and two elastic straps with hook-and-loop fastening. Either face can be used against the eye area. Confirm fit, artwork, preparation and care instructions on the approved sample.

Plush Gel Bead Eye Mask for Private-Label Programs

This reusable eye mask combines one full-width gel-bead pad, a PVC face, a permanently attached plush reverse face and two elastic straps with hook-and-loop fastening. Either face can be used against the eye area. The single wearable format has a shaped nose contour and differs from two separate under-eye pads.

For a private-label program, the main decisions are mask geometry, strap range, bead distribution, surface orientation, preparation and care instructions, artwork and complete retail pack-out. Approve those details together on the drawing and physical sample.

Why Geometry and Strap Range Belong Together

The outer edge, temple coverage and nose contour determine where the mask sits. The strap then holds that geometry in place. A width measurement alone cannot establish fit, and an adjustable closure does not by itself prove a universal range.

Sample approval should record strap length, closure overlap, attachment position and intended adjustment range alongside the mask drawing. If more than one size is required, treat each as a controlled variant with its own measurements and sample reference.

Sample Approval Checklist

  1. Approve mask geometry: check width, height, nose contour, eye-area coverage, edge shape and tolerances.
  2. Review the gel-bead panel: assess bead distribution, flexibility, chamber or seam appearance and handling after the proposed preparation cycle.
  3. Test the strap system: confirm length, adjustment range, closure overlap, attachment and the intended wearing tension.
  4. Compare both faces: verify material identity, plush alignment, intended contact side, surface condition and care method.
  5. Approve user information: validate preparation, application, inspection, cleaning, storage, warnings and replacement guidance.
  6. Confirm the retail set: record pieces per pack, any storage accessory, artwork, labels, barcode, instructions and carton configuration.

Define the Product Specification Before Ordering

A complete specification should identify the mask dimensions, outer film, plush layer, gel-bead filling, fill amount, seam or chamber layout, strap and closure construction, attachment points and pieces per set. The approved preparation and care instructions should be tied to that exact material combination.

If the program requires a temperature, duration, fit, safety, cosmetic or therapeutic statement, agree the evidence and review route before it appears online or on packaging. Physical construction and verified instructions can support the buying decision without unsupported outcome claims.

Customization and Quality Planning

Share the destination market, channel, required coverage, strap range, preferred surfaces, appearance, logo files, instructions and packaging through Cryozin’s customization process. Feasibility and final details are confirmed through sample and specification approval.

A project inspection plan can translate the approved reference into checkpoints for dimensions, nose-contour position, bead or fill distribution, seam appearance, plush alignment, strap measurements and attachment, closure operation, artwork, labels and pack-out. Cryozin’s quality-control process explains the sample-led approach; exact methods and acceptance limits are agreed for the final construction.

Compare the separate contoured under-eye pad pair when the product format and retention method are still being selected.

For an open-eye format, compare the gel-bead mask with eye openings. Review coverage, backing and fastening against your intended product brief rather than treating both masks as the same configuration.

Product FAQs

Is this an open-eye mask or a full eye-covering mask?

This is a single mask covering both eye areas, with a shaped nose contour rather than open eye holes. It differs from the full-face mask with separate facial openings.

Which side should be placed against the eye area?

Either the plush textile face or the PVC face can be used. Both belong to one gel-bead mask, rather than separate inserts.

Can I remove the plush side to wash it?

No. The plush side is fixed to the pack and can be cleaned as part of the assembly. Follow the selected care instructions; a detachable cover is not included in this reference construction.

How is the eye mask adjusted, and what does the quotation include?

Two elastic straps fasten with hook-and-loop closure. The quotation covers the eye mask, without an extra small ice pack from an illustrative image. The reference remains soft after freezer preparation; approve fit and preparation on the selected sample.

What are the MOQ and sample lead time?

MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
