Contoured Gel-Bead Joint Wrap with One Adjustable Strap

A contoured, chambered gel-bead pad supplied with one long fastening strap and shown in wrist, elbow, knee and ankle placements. Pad dimensions, reverse-side construction, strap range, temperature-care instructions, color, artwork and pack-out are confirmed against the approved OEM sample and specification.

Contoured Gel-Bead Pad for Multi-Joint Product Programs

This format combines a chambered, contoured gel-bead pad with one long fastening strap. The gallery shows placement around the wrist, elbow, knee and ankle. Unlike a flat rectangular insert and separate sleeve, the bead-filled pad itself provides the shaped coverage area.

The product should be approved as a pad-and-strap system. Buyers need to confirm the chamber outline, reverse-side construction, strap route and fit range for each intended placement. The current images do not establish universal sizing, a specific material formula or a medical outcome.

Branding and packagingReviewed for the project and finalized in the approved specification

Approve the contour and strap for every intended placement

A shape that works around one joint should not automatically be described as a universal fit. The sample record should show how the chambered center aligns at each intended placement, how the strap routes, and how much closure overlap remains across the target circumference range.

The reverse face also requires confirmation. Its material identity, body-facing orientation, seam relationship and surface feel should be recorded rather than inferred from the image. If the product is intended to be reversible, that instruction must be supported by the approved construction.

Sample approval checklist

  1. Confirm geometry: approve pad dimensions, chamber outline, edge profile and the alignment point for each intended placement.
  2. Check the strap system: verify length, width, attachment, closure overlap, removability and fit range.
  3. Review both faces: confirm exact construction, body-facing orientation, seam appearance and surface feel.
  4. Condition the sample: assess bead distribution, flexibility, seams and handling using only the preparation method proposed for the final instructions.
  5. Approve presentation: check color, logo position, placement diagrams, instructions, warnings, barcode and retail packaging.
  6. Retain the reference: keep the approved pad, strap, drawing, BOM, instructions and pack-out for production comparison.

OEM brief and project controls

Share the destination market, channel, intended placements and circumference range together with the target pad geometry, strap route, temperature-care mode, appearance, artwork and packaging. These items can be reviewed through Cryozin’s customization process, subject to feasibility and sample approval.

An agreed inspection plan may cover pad/chamber dimensions, fill amount or bead distribution, seams, strap dimensions and attachment, closure overlap, color, artwork and pack-out. Cryozin’s quality-control process describes the approved-sample workflow. It does not prove that a particular leakage, thermal, safety or durability result already applies to SKU 1285.

Frequently asked sourcing questions

Are the published 26 × 15 cm and 43 cm values confirmed?

They appear in the current marketing graphic, but an approved drawing or measured sample was not reviewed. Confirm all pad and strap dimensions before quotation or publication.

Does one size fit the wrist, elbow, knee and ankle?

The gallery shows those placements but does not establish universal fit. Validate strap overlap and pad alignment across the intended circumference range.

Which side faces the body?

The reverse surface looks different from the transparent bead side. Confirm its material and orientation in the approved sample and instructions.

What preparation instructions apply?

The existing two-hour and 15-second graphic is not supported by a reviewed protocol. Validate the exact method, appliance conditions, duration and warnings for the final construction.

Which documents can be supplied?

Documentation and testing scope are confirmed for the exact product configuration, destination market and agreed project requirements.

Information to send with a sample request

Send the intended placements and fit range, target contour, strap route, temperature-care mode, preferred appearance, artwork, instructions, packaging and testing requirements. Review the joint gel-wrap category and Cryozin company information for sourcing context.
