Slim Cooling Pack for Compact Insulated Cases for OEM Orders

A slim aluminum-foil gel cooling pack supplied filled and sealed, with two packs in the regular configuration. Select a hard- or flexible-after-freezing formula for the intended compact case. Confirm dimensions, laminate details and loaded-case requirements before approving the order.

For OEM orders of this slim cooling pack for compact insulated cases, provide the required quantity, specification and packaging brief so the sample and quotation scope can be confirmed.

Slim cooling pack for compact insulated-case projects

This slim silver pouch has an aluminum-foil outer construction with gel filling and is supplied filled and sealed, without a user-added-water step. The regular configuration contains two packs. Select a hard- or soft-after-freezing formula to suit the intended case, and confirm dimensions, mass and the detailed laminate specification on the approved sample.

Confirm case fit before approving the component

A narrow pack is useful only when it fits the intended pocket without stressing the pouch or directly freezing a sensitive payload. Match the finished length, width and conditioned thickness to the case drawing. Confirm the clearance, retention method, barrier or separator, orientation and number of packs in the complete configuration.

Sample and compatibility checklist

  • Approved drawing, tolerance and conditioned thickness
  • Dry and conditioned mass, filling identity and layer structure
  • Fit in the exact pocket with the intended payload and separator
  • Seal inspection after conditioning, handling and representative travel
  • Set quantity, instructions, labels, inner pack and carton contents
  • Conditioning, storage, damage, leakage, replacement and disposal steps

Cooling duration belongs to the complete system

No standalone pouch has a universal cooling duration. Results change with the insulated case, number and placement of packs, conditioning, payload mass, starting temperatures, ambient profile, openings and selected endpoint. Any published time or temperature range should name the exact configuration and protocol and link to an approved report.

Medicine transport requires buyer validation

This component must not be presented as proof that insulin or another medicine remains within its required storage range. The buyer should follow the specific medicine manufacturer’s labeling, prevent direct freezing contact where required, place calibrated loggers at representative payload locations and qualify the complete loaded case. FDA notes that insulin can lose effectiveness after extreme-temperature exposure and should not be frozen; see its insulin storage information. That guidance does not validate SKU 1001 or any Cryozin case.

Do not describe SKU 1001 as a replacement pack for SKU 1060 unless both approved drawings and BOMs establish compatibility.

Material, sealing and OEM records

Confirm every pouch layer and the filling against the approved SKU BOM. If food-contact, BPA-free, non-toxic, leak-resistant or low-temperature-flexibility language is required, define the exact market, intended contact condition, test method, report and responsible material supplier first. Cryozin’s material-selection page describes general options but does not establish SKU 1001’s composition.

Branding, instructions and packaging can be reviewed through Cryozin’s customization process. Inspection points should reference the approved drawing, sample, BOM and packing list; see the general quality-control process. Exact tests, frequency and acceptance criteria remain project-specific.

Prepare the compact-case component brief

Send the intended case and pocket drawing, payload, required storage limits, route profile, pack count, conditioning resources, target market, quantity, artwork, labeling and packaging needs. Submit the project brief or learn more about Cryozin.

Product FAQs

Do users need to add water before use?

No. The pack is supplied filled with gel and sealed. It does not require user-added water.

What is the silver outer construction?

The reference uses an aluminum-foil outer construction with gel filling. Confirm the complete laminate specification on the approved sample if the project requires detailed layer information.

Will it still bend after freezing?

The formula can be selected for either a hard or soft frozen state. Specify a flexible-after-freezing version if bending and compact-case fit are required.

How many packs are in the regular configuration?

The regular reference configuration contains two packs. Confirm any different count, case or accessories in the quotation; the pouch itself does not establish compatibility with a particular medicine or case.

What are the MOQ and sample lead time?

MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
