Define the complete kit before quoting

Medicines, pens, syringes and other accessories shown in application photography are not included unless the packing list explicitly says so.

Qualify temperature at payload locations

A claimed duration is meaningful only with a defined acceptable temperature range and exact loaded configuration. Record the case sample, pack count and conditioning, payload and starting temperatures, separator, ambient profile, openings, probe accuracy and positions, run count and pass/fail endpoint. Include warm and cold spots: direct contact with a deeply conditioned pack may be as important a failure mode as warming.

Medicine instructions remain controlling
