Star-Shaped Click-Activated Heat Pack
The primary image shows a five-point star outline and a visible activation disc. The shape offers a specific alternative to the rectangular and round formats in the existing heat-pack range. The product specification should identify the exact star design rather than a general assortment of shapes.

Sample Review
Inspect the seal around each point and the fill distribution through the outline. Review disc handling and the complete reset process with the approved instructions. Agree the sampling and inspection plan before approving a bulk order; a shape photo does not establish a cycle life or heating duration.

Can the star outline be adjusted for our gift program?
Submit the target dimensions and artwork. Point geometry, seal clearance and access to the activation disc need to be reviewed together before a revised outline is confirmed.
Are the other heat-pack shapes in the gallery included?
The selected product is the star outline. Other shapes are alternatives; list each chosen design and its quantity separately in the quotation and packing specification.
Can our logo and instructions fit on the star?
Review the print area on the actual star drawing, including clearance around each point and space for legible instructions. Approve the printed sample before bulk production.
How should activation and reuse instructions be agreed?
Evaluate disc handling and the reset procedure for the selected film, filling and star size. The final instruction sheet should cover preparation, contact, storage and warnings; no universal reset time is specified here.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
