Do I have to chill it before sitting on it?
No. It can be used directly without refrigerator preparation. Optional chilling or use in an air-conditioned environment can be selected for the intended routine.
Can I remove a fabric cover for washing?
There is no separate fabric cover. The reference is an integrated solid-gel and TPU construction; wipe the surface to clean it.
