Start with the Outline and Seal Path

A character sketch is not a production drawing. Approve overall dimensions, narrow points, corner radii, fill zones, seal width, printable area and artwork clearance. Small ears, tails or other projections may change sealing, fill movement, tooling and pack-out.

Sample Checklist for a New Shape

1. Approve the outline, dimensions, tolerances, seal path and printable area.
2. Confirm film, filling, decorative contents, fill distribution and finished weight.
3. Inspect narrow features, surface condition, seam appearance and handling.
4. Approve configuration-specific preparation, use, warnings, storage and repeat-use wording.
5. Verify original artwork ownership, print position, color and label hierarchy.
6. Confirm pieces per set, protection, retail packaging and carton arrangement.

Characters sharing the same construction and sourcing workflow should be managed as variants or examples on this family page. A separate URL is justified only when a shape has verified dimensions/BOM and materially different buyer decisions. Submit drawings and artwork through Cryozin’s customization process.

Quality and Documentation Scope

The approved drawing, sample and specification should define project checks such as dimensions, seal position, fill distribution, surface condition, artwork, labels, component count and pack-out. The quality-control process describes the workflow; the material-selection guide does not prove a variant’s exact material or safety properties.

Custom Shape or Standard Oblong Pack?

Choose a custom-shape family when silhouette and artwork are central to the brief and the project can support drawing/tooling approval. Choose a standard oblong pack when repeatable dimensions, simpler carton planning and artwork changes on one fixed outline are the priorities.

Is there one standard size?

No verified universal size applies to all shapes. Approve dimensions and tolerances for each drawing.

Can existing cartoon art be reused?

Use only original or licensed artwork with documented commercial-use rights.

Which user age is suitable?

Age, supervision and warnings depend on the final construction, instructions and destination market; no universal age claim is made.

What makes a variant need its own page?

Use a separate page only for a materially different construction, BOM, geometry or buying decision—not a color or character change alone.
