Check Drape, Pocket Access and Packing
Review the scarf with the chosen filled pouches installed. Confirm that the pocket positions follow the intended drape and that an insert can be removed for preparation without stretching the opening. Keep the approved scarf construction consistent when changing print or outer fabric.

Develop the OEM Specification

Is the scarf itself filled with gel?
The selected format uses separate rectangular gel pouches within a textile carrier. Specify the pocket and insert configuration in the approved sample.
How is this different from a PCM neck ring?
This is a draped scarf with removable pouches. A neck ring has a different enclosed shape and filling system; ring temperatures or durations do not apply to this scarf.
Can the textile and print be customized?
Submit the required fabric feel, color, artwork and fastening arrangement. Material and printing choices are assessed with the pocket construction and final preparation instructions. A 90 x 12 cm scarf body is a proposed custom-design starting point, not a measured stock size. Each reference scarf has two gel pouches, with the weight of each pouch defined for the selected configuration.
Are all pictured insert options supplied together?
Each reference scarf includes two gel packs. One paired supply set contains two scarf assemblies and four gel packs in total. Confirm any replacement packs and the selected retail packaging in the quotation.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete scarf assemblies per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
