Approve Strap Positions on a Leg Form
Check the carrier with the selected inserts fitted, then review the overlap at each strap and the clearance above the hoof area. Define the intended leg position with the buyer; a change from a straight lower-leg carrier to a joint-shaped pattern requires a separate drawing and fit review.

Develop the OEM Specification

Can I customize the straps, dimensions and gel fill weight?
Yes. Hook-and-loop fastening is used, with strap quantity and layout, carrier dimensions and gel fill weight customized to the buyer brief. Confirm the intended leg position, coverage and circumference in the quotation, and approve the selected sample before production. The 35 x 30 cm laid-flat carrier outline is a proposed custom-design starting point, not a measured stock size or an approved fit. Specify the weight of each reference insert separately.
Is a pair of wraps included?
Yes. Reference supply is one pair of complete equine wraps. Each complete wrap includes one textile carrier and two gel packs. Reference packing is an OPP bag, with custom color-box options; confirm the final retail configuration in the quotation.
Can I choose the gel type and insert construction?
Ordinary gel and solid gel options are available, with PVC, TPU, nylon or polyester outer constructions selected to the approved design. Removable or non-removable gel-pack construction is confirmed with the carrier pattern, fit and preparation instructions.
How do I clean the cover and gel packs?
For a removable version, take out the gel packs before hand or machine washing the textile cover. Gel packs are hand-wash only; do not machine-wash an assembly containing gel. Washing settings are confirmed for the chosen material and construction.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete equine leg wraps per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
