Check Closure and Movement Together
Review the finished carrier on a representative leg form. Check where the upper and lower bands sit, whether the edges interfere with bending, and whether the chosen insert stays within its pocket during handling. Approve the complete assembly rather than the gel pouch alone.

Develop the OEM Specification
Send a reference, approximate dimensions, target market and packing brief. Cryozin can assist with the outline drawing, structural review and sampling. Which gel and insert configurations can I customize?
Choose ordinary gel or solid gel with PVC, TPU, nylon or polyester outer constructions as specified. Each reference wrap contains one textile cover and one gel pack; custom 2–3 gel-pack layouts are available. Removable or non-removable structures are confirmed for the selected design. Gel weight is customized per pack to the selected dimensions and insert layout, then confirmed on the sample.
Can one size cover every dog?
Fit should be assessed for the intended leg position and size group. Send leg circumference, the coverage length and a reference sample or drawing before approving a pattern.
Is this wrap supplied individually or as a pair?
Reference supply is one pair of complete wraps. Each reference wrap includes one textile cover and one gel pack. Custom insert counts and alternative packing are confirmed in the quotation; OPP bags and custom color boxes are available.
Can this wrap be used for both cold and hot applications?
The gel pack can be cooled in a refrigerator or freezer. For a removable version, take the gel pack out of the textile cover before microwave heating; do not microwave the cover. Power and timing depend on the selected pack. Non-removable designs require separate approved heating instructions.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete dog leg wraps per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
