Use a Wide Shaped Panel Across the Hip Area

The broad blue pack has horizontal sealed channels and two long fixing straps. Its winged outline extends across a larger shaped panel than a narrow rectangular pouch-and-mesh sleeve. Agree the intended side-hip or upper-thigh position before selecting dimensions.

Approve the Panel and Strap Geometry Together

Review the pack opened flat and wrapped around the intended fitting area. Check whether the channel arrangement and edge profile follow the selected position without forcing the two straps into the same path. Approve the fill distribution and strap anchors with the final panel dimensions.

  • Flat outline, channel spacing and filled panel dimensions.
  • Strap positions, anchor construction and adjustment range.
  • Intended orientation around the hip or upper thigh.
  • Preparation instructions, contact layer and packing method.

Develop the OEM Specification

Send a reference, approximate dimensions, target market and packing brief. Cryozin can assist with the outline drawing, structural review and sampling. Materials, gel construction, colors, printing and fastenings are assessed against the selected design. New tooling and packaging costs are quoted separately as applicable.

Approve dimensions, materials, color, logo and packaging before production, and retain the agreed sample for comparison. Inspection photos, videos and reports can be discussed for the order; any temperature, duration or market-specific claim needs evidence for the selected finished configuration.

Compare the hip & lower back ice packs range, review the OEM and private-label process, or discuss quality checkpoints.

Product FAQs

How does this differ from the rectangular modular waist wrap?

This selected structure uses a wide shaped, horizontally divided gel panel with two fixing levels. The rectangular modular format uses a separate simpler pouch and carrier.

Will one pattern cover both waist and thigh positions?

The proposed positions need their own fit review. Confirm coverage, channel bending and the route of each strap rather than assuming a universal pattern.

Can channel spacing be changed?

The channel layout can be reviewed with the required dimensions, fill distribution and tooling. Approve the complete sealed pattern on the sample.

What should be supplied for an OEM quotation?

Send the intended fitting area, panel outline, strap ranges, target material and retail unit. The proposed 35 x 25 cm gel-panel body is a custom-design starting point, not a measured stock size. Specify the target gel weight per complete panel and channel distribution, and approve the sample.

What are the MOQ and sample lead time?

MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete hip gel wraps per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
