Review the Pockets with the Foot Inside
Fit the complete assembly to a representative foot form and review the insert edges around the toe and sole. For removable layouts, check that the insert can be removed without distorting the pocket. Review the crossover band against the agreed ankle opening for the selected layout.

Which fabric, gel and insert options can I choose?
Textile-cover options include nylon, polyester or cotton. Ordinary gel and solid gel can be specified, with removable or non-removable gel-pack construction. Confirm the selected materials, layout and sample before production.
Are the sole and upper-foot inserts the same?
Their shape, thickness and pocket position are defined for the selected layout. A proposed sock-body starting point is 26 cm foot length and 22 cm shaft height, not a measured stock size or a guaranteed fit. Specify gel weight per insert for the chosen one- or two-pack arrangement and approve the sample.
Does the quotation cover one sock or a pair?
The reference set is a pair of socks, with one or two gel packs per sock as specified in the quotation. Confirm the chosen insert layout, accessories and packaging for the selected configuration.
Can the fabric carrier be washed?
Remove the gel packs before hand or machine washing a removable sock carrier. Gel packs are hand-wash only. A non-removable gel-containing assembly must not be machine washed; confirm the care settings for the selected construction.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete socks per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
