Choose a Tubular Sleeve Instead of a Fastening Band

This compact finger format has a tubular slip-on profile and an exposed fingertip. It does not use the long external band of a strap-on finger pack. The inner opening, coverage length and finished rim determine how the sleeve fits the selected finger-size group.

Define the Selected Configuration

ShapeSmall open-ended tubular sleeve.
Design referenceApprox. 7 x 3 cm (sleeve length x laid-flat outer width). Opening circumference and wall profile require separate fit review. Proposed custom-design starting point only; not a measured stock size or an approved fit. Final dimensions require sample approval.
BuildSolid-gel format with a fabric outer surface.
FitSpecify inner circumference, coverage length and wall profile.
Pouch optionsPVC, TPU, nylon or polyester outer constructions, according to the selected design.
Gel optionsSolid-gel reference format; ordinary-gel alternatives require the selected custom structure to be confirmed.
CleaningHand wash the gel-containing product only. Machine washing applies only to a separate removable textile cover, if included in the approved configuration.
Thermal useCold and hot use; refrigerator or freezer preparation. Heating settings and contact instructions are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Gel weightCustom gel mass per sleeve, according to the selected length, opening, wall profile and gel system. Confirm it on the sample.
Supply unitOne pair (two complete finger sleeves) per supply set.
MOQ500 paired sets per product model. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation.

Approve the Opening and Rim Finish

Review the inner surface and both finished ends on the sample. Check how the sleeve is put on and removed, whether the rim rolls and how the selected geometry changes during handling. A tighter visual fit does not establish a measured compression level.

  • Finished inner opening and covered finger length.
  • Rim finishing and the intended finger position.
  • Fabric alignment, seams and gel thickness distribution.
  • Preparation, contact guidance and individual packing.

Develop the OEM Specification

Send a reference, approximate dimensions, target market and packing brief. Cryozin can assist with the outline drawing, structural review and sampling. Materials, gel construction, colors, printing and fastenings are assessed against the selected design. New tooling and packaging costs are quoted separately as applicable.

Approve dimensions, materials, color, logo and packaging before production, and retain the agreed sample for comparison. Inspection photos, videos and reports can be discussed for the order; any temperature, duration or market-specific claim needs evidence for the selected finished configuration.

Compare the hand injury range, review the OEM and private-label process, or discuss quality checkpoints.

Product FAQs

Does the sleeve have a fastening strap?

This selected format is a slip-on tube with an exposed fingertip. A strap-on finger pack is a separate structure and is already offered elsewhere in the catalog.

Can one sleeve fit every finger?

Specify the intended finger and size range. The proposed 7 x 3 cm laid-flat outer sleeve is a custom-design starting point, not a measured stock size or an approved fit. Opening circumference, wall profile and gel mass must be agreed and checked on representative samples.

Is a compression rating included?

No measured compression rating is specified for this configuration. Any proposed compression claim requires an agreed test method and evidence for the finished sleeve.

Can it be supplied in several sizes?

Size options can be reviewed from target dimensions and reference samples. Confirm tooling, size identification and the number of each size per retail unit.

What are the MOQ and sample lead time?

MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete finger sleeves per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
