Multi-Bottle Gel Cooling Carrier with Die-Cut Handles
A multi-bottle carrier built from sealed cooling panels with an integrated handle section. The gallery shows loaded and unfolded layouts. Select the bottle arrangement and panel pattern together rather than treating the item as a single-bottle sleeve.

Match the Carrier Pattern to the Bottle Set
The transparent carrier surrounds several bottles with a segmented cooling-panel layout. The upper section forms a carrying handle and openings around the bottle necks. An unfolded view shows how the filled panels connect before the carrier is formed around the bottle group.
The photos include different multi-bottle arrangements and colors. Identify one required capacity and bottle format in the RFQ; do not assume that every illustrated arrangement is supplied as the same finished SKU.
Define the Product Specification
| Carrier layout | Connected sealed cooling panels with an integrated die-cut handle section. |
|---|---|
| Bottle layout | Confirm quantity, bottle diameter, neck shape, height and spacing for the selected layout. |
| Loaded handling | Agree on the filled carrier weight and verify the handle, neck openings and seams under that load. |
| Packing format | Define empty carrier versus retail set, preparation instructions and carton configuration. |
Check the Loaded Carrier and the Flat Pattern
Approve the unfolded drawing first, including seal spacing, fold lines and handle cutouts. Then review a loaded sample using the actual bottle dimensions and planned total weight.
Check bottle retention, access to the handle and the way the base and side panels meet. Include the intended preparation and carrying conditions in the sample review rather than relying only on an unloaded photo.
Confirm Color, Cooling Medium and Order Unit
Gel color, filling specification and film construction are project decisions. Review preparation, storage and cleaning instructions for the approved carrier; no temperature-holding time is stated without supporting test conditions.
Bottles in the images illustrate the carrier layout and are not an included beverage supply. Confirm the final itemized packing list before quoting.
Plan Samples and Bulk Orders
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects may require longer, with timing confirmed individually.
Send your intended configuration, quantity, destination market and packing requirements. Review the outdoor camping range, discuss OEM and private-label project requirements, or request a sample and quote.
Product FAQs
How many bottles can this carrier hold?
The gallery contains different arrangements. Specify one bottle count and provide diameter, height, neck shape and spacing so the selected pattern and quotation are unambiguous.
Are beverages included with the carrier?
Bottles illustrate fit and layout. Confirm the empty carrier or other agreed order scope and the exact component list before quotation approval.
How should the handle be evaluated?
Review the die-cut opening, neck cutouts, panel seams and base arrangement with the actual bottle group and intended loaded weight. An unloaded photo does not establish carrying capacity.
Can we change the panel layout or color?
Submit a bottle-layout drawing, color reference and packing brief for feasibility review. Approve the flat pattern and loaded sample together, including the selected preparation and handling instructions.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
