Forefoot Gel Sleeve with Separate Big-Toe Opening
A compact gel sleeve covering the forefoot with a separate opening for the big toe. The heel remains open. This design differs from an ankle wrap or a closed cooling boot, so the toe spacing and forefoot dimensions need their own fit review.

Focus on the Forefoot and Toe Opening
The sleeve surrounds the front of the foot while leaving the heel and most of the toes exposed. Its separate big-toe passage creates a different contact pattern from a plain tubular ankle sleeve.
Use the sample brief to define where the front edge sits, how wide the forefoot section should be and how the toe opening is formed. Do not select this format solely by a generic shoe-size label.
Define the Product Specification
| Format | Fabric-covered forefoot sleeve with a separate big-toe opening and open heel. |
|---|---|
| Size check | Confirm forefoot circumference, sleeve length and the toe-opening geometry. |
| Fill and cover | Approve the gel layout, outer fabric, edge finish and finished weight. |
| Set format | Agree on pieces per set and whether a shared or side-specific pattern is supplied. |
Inspect the Toe Passage During Sample Review
Check the sleeve on representative feet and review the contact around the big-toe opening. Inspect both the upper and underside edges and look for folds where the toe passage meets the main sleeve.
Review donning, removal and the fit after the approved temperature-preparation method. A sample should establish the actual size boundaries; the illustrations do not prove universal fit or a corrective effect on toe alignment.
Keep Instructions Specific to the Foot Sleeve
Confirm the permitted hot or cold mode, preparation and contact guidance for the exact construction. Do not transfer microwave times or other instructions from an unrelated gel glove.
The gallery contains application illustrations. Product claims about bunions, joint correction, injury recovery or circulation require separate evidence and are not specifications offered on this page.

Product FAQs
Does this sleeve cover the heel or ankle?
The selected format covers the forefoot and has a separate big-toe opening. Use the approved outline to define its coverage rather than treating it as a full-foot boot.
How should a size range be defined?
Provide forefoot width and circumference, toe-opening dimensions and the required coverage length. Check entry, seam position and edge contact on representative fit samples.
Is it supplied singly or as a pair?
Specify the order unit, left/right orientation and quantity per retail pack. The product image does not establish the packing list.
Can we print a compression or recovery claim?
Neither a compression rating nor a treatment outcome follows from the fitted format. Agree the intended use and support any proposed claim with evidence for the selected construction and market.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
