How does this differ from the closed cooling cap?
The selected carrier has an adjustable top opening and removable inserts in separate pockets. The closed quilted cap uses a different enclosure and panel construction.
Can hair pass through the opening?
The reference shows a ponytail through the top/rear opening. Confirm the opening position and adjustment range with the selected carrier size. A proposed cap-body starting point is 28 cm laid-flat width and 24 cm height, excluding the drawstring. These are custom-design references, not measured stock dimensions or an approved head-fit range.
How many gel inserts are included?
Each reference cap includes eight gel inserts. One paired supply set contains two complete caps and sixteen inserts in total. Specify each insert shape, pocket position and target gel weight before sample approval; custom configurations are confirmed in the quotation.
Can the textile carrier be cleaned separately?
For a removable-insert format, take out the gel packs before hand or machine washing the textile carrier. Gel packs are hand-wash only. Confirm washing settings for the selected fabric and construction.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete drawstring head caps per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
