Cuttable Grid Ice Sheet with Individually Sealed Cells
A flexible sheet arranged as a grid of individually sealed cells. The channels between cells allow a selected outline to be cut without deliberately opening a filled cell. Confirm the cutting layout and sheet construction before preparing a bulk order.

Plan the Grid Around the Container
The sheet uses many small cells arranged in two directions rather than a single strip of large chambers. The grid can be laid over or around a container layout, with the required cutting pattern reviewed against the seal channels.
Buyers should provide the cooler, carton or liner dimensions together with the desired sheet size. A grid that fits the container can reduce unnecessary folding, but the actual performance still depends on the approved configuration and test conditions.
Define the Product Specification
| Grid structure | Flexible sheet with separate sealed cells and visible channels between them. |
|---|---|
| Cutting layout | Specify which inter-cell channels may be cut; do not cut through filled cells or their seals. |
| Sheet size | Confirm overall dimensions, cell dimensions, grid count, filling and finished weight. |
| Order unit | Define a full sheet, a pre-cut section or a set of sections, with the required packing. |
Review Cut Edges and Seal Integrity
Approve a marked cutting drawing before sampling pre-cut sections. Inspect the remaining seal width and the corner finish around each section, then review how it bends around the intended container.
Confirm preparation, handling and storage instructions for the selected filling. Review filled-cell integrity after the agreed preparation and packing process; the images do not establish a reuse-cycle count or a leak-rate claim.
Keep Shipping and Food-Contact Requirements Specific
A cooler-use illustration does not establish food-contact approval or pharmaceutical transport suitability. State whether the sheet will be separated from the contents and identify the destination-market requirements in the project brief.
Agree on the sheet or section count per pack, labels and carton arrangement. Any temperature-holding statement needs a defined load, preparation method and test procedure.
Plan Samples and Bulk Orders
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects may require longer, with timing confirmed individually.
Send your intended configuration, quantity, destination market and packing requirements. Review the outdoor camping range, discuss OEM and private-label project requirements, or request a sample and quote.
Product FAQs
Where can the ice sheet be cut?
Use an approved cutting drawing that identifies permitted channels between cells. Do not cut through filled cells or their sealing margins; review the remaining seal width on the sample.
Do we order a full sheet or pre-cut sections?
Specify the order unit, overall sheet or section dimensions, grid count and pieces per pack. The full-sheet photo does not define the final section count.
Can the grid be matched to our cooler or carton?
Provide internal container dimensions and the intended layout for review. Check the proposed cut pattern, corners and folding with the selected filled sheet.
Does the sheet establish a shipping temperature or food-contact approval?
No. Thermal performance depends on the complete payload and packing setup. Confirm intended contact, destination-market documentation and the applicable test conditions separately.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
