For OEM orders of this adjustable ankle wrap with open heel and toe, provide the required quantity, specification and packaging brief so the sample and quotation scope can be confirmed.

An open-heel wrap for ankle pack projects

This black ankle wrap uses overlapping fabric panels and fastening tabs to fit around the ankle and midfoot while leaving the heel and toes open. The upright ankle section and lower foot panel create a different fit from a flat rectangular pack held by a single strap. The photographs show the wrap worn, laid flat and folded for inspection.

For a hot or cold pack program, review the wrap and the proposed temperature pack together. Confirm the pack size, placement, fabric barrier and contents of each retail set before approving the configuration. A wrap-only order and a pack-and-wrap set require different specifications.

Check fit with the pack in place

Approve the assembled configuration rather than judging fit from the empty carrier. Check whether the upper section closes at the intended ankle circumference and whether the lower panel sits as intended around the midfoot. Keep the heel opening and toe clearance visible during fitting. Record the positions of the fastening tabs so the bulk sample can be checked against the same arrangement.

  • Measure the wrap and the intended pack separately, then check them together.
  • Check edge binding, stitching and fastening engagement through the agreed adjustment range.
  • Assess fabric feel and the contact barrier under the proposed use conditions.
  • Check how the pack is retained during the movements intended for the product.
  • Approve the packing list, instructions, artwork and retail packaging as one set.

Define the OEM order clearly

Send the target market, intended use, size range, expected quantity and proposed pack configuration. For private-label work, include the logo file, print location and packaging brief. Cryozin reviews customization against the agreed sample and specification; new dimensions or component combinations require project confirmation.

Standard samples take 3–7 business days, and regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects take longer, with timing confirmed for the project. Documentation and testing requirements should be reviewed for the exact configuration and destination market.

Product FAQs

Is the temperature pack included?

The quotation should identify the wrap, pack quantity and any additional covers individually. Confirm the complete set before ordering; the wrap photographs alone do not establish the supplied pack configuration.

Does one size fit every ankle?

No universal fit is specified here. Approve the ankle and midfoot measurements, wrap height and fastening range for your intended size group.

How does this compare with a strap-and-sleeve format?

This wrap follows the ankle and midfoot with separate closing panels. Compare its sample fit with a rectangular pack-and-sleeve system when choosing coverage, adjustment and retail set contents.

What are the MOQ and sample lead time?

MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
