Cover the Neck Base with a Flared Pattern
This solid-gel format has a tall curved neck section and a broad lower flare that follows the shoulder roots. Two front wings overlap to close the collar. It is structurally different from a narrow neck ring or a shoulder wrap with an upper-arm sleeve.
Define the Selected Configuration
| Pattern | Tall neck panel with a flared lower edge. |
|---|---|
| Design reference | Approx. 50 x 18 cm (laid-flat collar body length x maximum height). Proposed custom-design starting point only; not a measured stock size or an approved fit. Final dimensions require sample approval. |
| Front | Overlapping wings; agree the closing arrangement. |
| Surface | Black textile-covered solid-gel reference. |
| Fit | Define neck range, rear height and shoulder-root coverage. |
| Pouch options | PVC, TPU, nylon or polyester outer constructions, according to the selected design. |
| Gel options | Solid-gel reference format; ordinary-gel alternatives require the selected custom structure to be confirmed. |
| Cleaning | Hand wash the gel-containing product only. Machine washing applies only to a separate removable textile cover, if included in the approved configuration. |
| Thermal use | Cold and hot use; refrigerator or freezer preparation. Heating settings and contact instructions are confirmed for the selected configuration. |
| Gel weight | Custom gel mass per complete collar, according to the selected pattern, thickness and gel system. Confirm it on the sample. |
| Supply unit | One pair (two complete neck collars) per supply set. |
| MOQ | 500 paired sets per product model. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. |
Approve the Curve Before Branding
Review the collar opened flat and in its formed position. Check the lower edge around the shoulder roots, the overlap at the front and the range of neck movement permitted by the approved geometry. Confirm the closure and care instructions together with the material selection.
- Flat pattern and the position of each front wing.
- Rear height, edge binding and coverage at the neck base.
- Front overlap, fastening access and size identification.
- Gel and textile construction, preparation and retail packing.
Develop the OEM Specification
Send a reference, approximate dimensions, target market and packing brief. Cryozin can assist with the outline drawing, structural review and sampling. Materials, gel construction, colors, printing and fastenings are assessed against the selected design. New tooling and packaging costs are quoted separately as applicable.
Approve dimensions, materials, color, logo and packaging before production, and retain the agreed sample for comparison. Inspection photos, videos and reports can be discussed for the order; any temperature, duration or market-specific claim needs evidence for the selected finished configuration.
Compare the joint ice packs & gel wraps range, review the OEM and private-label process, or discuss quality checkpoints.
Product FAQs
Is this a PCM neck ring?
No. This selected format is a broad textile-covered solid-gel collar with front wings. PCM ring specifications and phase-change temperatures do not describe it.
Does it include an upper-arm sleeve?
The selected outline focuses on the neck and shoulder roots. A shoulder wrap with an upper-arm section is a separate catalog format.
How should the size be specified?
Provide the intended neck range, rear height, lower coverage and front overlap. The proposed 50 x 18 cm laid-flat body is a custom-design starting point, not a measured stock size or an approved fit. Specify the gel mass per complete collar and approve the formed sample as well as the flat drawing.
Can the closing method be changed?
Submit the required overlap and fastening type for review. The final closure, edges and contact layer must be checked with the selected gel-and-textile assembly.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is 500 paired sets per product model, with two complete neck collars per set. Confirm the selected configuration and packaging in the quotation. Existing-model samples normally take 3–7 business days; a newly tooled version requires its own development schedule. Regular production takes 18–25 business days, while custom projects may require longer.
