Multi-Cell Gel Strip with Transverse Seals for OEM Orders
A long rectangular gel strip divided into multiple narrow chambers by transverse seals. This format has no attached fastening straps in the main gallery and calls for a cell-by-cell fill and folding review.
For OEM orders of this multi-cell gel strip with transverse seals, provide the required quantity, specification and packaging brief so the sample and quotation scope can be confirmed.

Narrow Chambers Along a Long Strip
The first three supplier images show an elongated transparent pack divided across its width by repeated transverse seals. The strip has a clear perimeter border and several narrow filled sections. It differs from a broad three-zone panel with fastening bands: the seam map, fill distribution and packing folds need to be defined for this long strip.
Define the Shape and Sample Specification
| Cell map | Approve the number of chambers, width of each section and the spacing and endpoints of every divider seal. |
|---|---|
| Fill distribution | Set the fill target and inspection method for each chamber, rather than relying only on total strip weight. |
| Flex and folds | Review movement at the unfilled seal areas and approve the packing fold sequence against the filled sample. |
| Kit components | Specify strip count and any separate sleeve or retention component in the approved bill of materials. |
Inspect the Divider Seals
The internal seams are part of the product geometry. Review seal continuity, width and appearance at both ends of each divider. Check the perimeter alongside the divider intersections, then assess the strip after the agreed conditioning and packing routine. Agree acceptance criteria for filled-chamber shape and seal finish before production.
Keep Retention Separate from the Strip
No attached fastening bands are visible on the multi-cell strip in the first three images. If the project needs a cover, holder or strap, define it as a separate component and validate its fit. The fourth gallery image shows a different fabric-surfaced pack in a placement illustration; it does not establish that a cover is supplied with this strip.
Approve Preparation and Labeling
Confirm the selected film, fill, preparation method, handling layer, cleaning and storage instructions against the sample. Any claim about temperature, holding time, repeated conditioning or contact suitability needs evidence for this configuration. Approve the instructions and pack contents together with the final seam drawing.
OEM Project Inputs
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects may require longer, with timing confirmed individually.
Send the outline or seam drawing, quantity, intended kit, destination market and artwork. Review the rectangular hot and cold pack range, the OEM project process, or request a sample and quote.
Product FAQs
Does the strip include a strap or sleeve?
No attached fastening band is visible on the selected multi-cell strip. Specify any cover, holder or strap as a separate component and review it with the strip.
Can we choose the number and spacing of cells?
Submit an outline and seam layout for feasibility review. Approve chamber count, seal spacing, filling distribution and the perimeter on a drawing and filled sample.
Where can the strip be folded?
Agree the packing fold sequence around the unfilled seal areas. Review the conditioned sample and divider intersections rather than assuming that every fold direction is suitable.
What should be recorded for repeat orders?
Keep the approved cell map, fill targets, outer dimensions, preparation instructions and accessory list together. Total strip weight alone does not define the required fill distribution.
What are the MOQ and sample lead time?
MOQ is assessed per product model. Confirm the applicable quantity for the selected dimensions and configuration in the quotation. Samples take 3–7 business days; regular production takes 18–25 business days. Custom projects can take longer, with timing confirmed individually.
