Two Formal Knee-Wrap Variants
This contoured knee wrap is available in two controlled configurations. Variant A uses a 31 × 24.5 cm panel with 57.5 × 5.5 cm straps. Variant B uses a 41 × 27.5 cm panel, a 66 cm strap path and a listed weight of 800 g. These are separate variants, not conflicting measurements for one fixed unit.
The selected variant should be identified consistently on the drawing, sample, instructions, artwork, quotation and packaging.

Select by Coverage and Strap Route
Panel size affects coverage, fold behavior and package volume. Strap length, width and route affect closure overlap and fit. Review the exact strap attachment points and approved circumference range rather than assuming both variants fit the same users.
Knee-Wrap Sample Checklist
- Verify the selected panel dimensions, contour, thickness, weight and tolerances.
- Measure both straps, attachment points, closure overlap and fit range.
- Inspect fill distribution, edge finish, surface construction and seam appearance.
- Review wrap position and movement on representative users under an approved plan.
- Approve preparation, use, warnings, care, artwork, labels and packaging.
OEM and Inspection Scope
Color, surface construction, logo and packaging can be reviewed through Cryozin’s customization process. Each variant should retain its own approved drawing and sample so dimensions are not mixed during production or fulfillment.
Inspection checkpoints may include panel and strap dimensions, weight, fill distribution, seams, closure placement, artwork and pack-out. Documentation is confirmed for the selected configuration and destination market.
Sports Pack Specification FAQ
Which specification is correct?
Both are formal variants. Identify Variant A or Variant B before requesting a sample or quotation.
Can the two variants use one package?
Package size, insert and specification label should be approved for each variant; a shared design must still identify the correct dimensions.
Are application times listed?
No numeric application time is stated here. Follow the approved instructions for the selected construction and project.
