Specify PCM or ordinary gel filling and the required pack color in the order. The regular set contains four packs, mapped to two front and two back pockets. Color alone should not be used to identify the filling. Review the complete loaded vest for fit and balance.

The current image states 70 × 110 cm for the vest and 33 × 15.5 cm for a pack, but it does not define how the garment measurement is taken or provide tolerances. An approved drawing should distinguish garment width, circumference, length, strap extension and pack dimensions. Those measurements—not a generic “adjustable” label—should support the fit range.

Separate conditioning instructions from performance claims

Preparation time and cooling duration depend on the pack filling, mass, starting condition, environment and endpoint. The current three-hour, one-hour icing and thermal-image claims do not provide a usable test method. Publish conditioning steps only from approved instructions, and publish duration only from a defined product test.

Workplace use needs a compatibility review

This vest should be evaluated as an auxiliary cooling accessory, not marketed as proof of heat-stress prevention or worker protection. Buyers should assess total mass, movement, visibility, entanglement and compatibility with uniforms and required PPE. NIOSH’s PPE heat-burden guidance discusses wearable cooling within broader workplace controls and notes practical limitations; it does not validate SKU 1095.

Compare the two removable-pack vest formats

Retain both pages when drawings/BOMs confirm distinct carriers and pack systems. If they are actually interchangeable variants of one platform, consolidate only after explicit architecture and redirect approval.
