Applicable requirements depend on the finished product, intended use, claims, destination market, and responsible economic operator. Cryozin can review project-specific documents that are available for the proposed configuration, but certificates, FDA registration or listing information, CE documentation, SDS, REACH, and RoHS records have different scopes and must be matched to the relevant product, material, entity, site, and market. Registration or listing does not represent FDA product approval.
Material and safety documentation depends on the exact gel, film, ink, textile, intended contact, and destination market. Cryozin can review applicable SDS, material declarations, and project-specific test records where available. Leakage risk should be controlled through agreed seal, integrity, conditioning, sampling, and handling criteria; no reusable pouch is immune to every puncture, cut, overload, or aging condition.
Flexibility depends on gel formula, fill ratio, film, storage temperature, and conditioning time. Some formulations can be evaluated for soft-freeze behavior, but the finished product should be approved under agreed test conditions rather than a universal temperature or therapeutic-performance claim.

Yes. We recommend approving samples before bulk production.
Product Renderings: Initial renderings are available within 3 working days after requirements are confirmed.
Stock Samples: Available within 1–3 days; customers cover express shipping.
Custom Samples: Samples with your logo or custom specifications are ready in 7 working days. Sample-fee arrangements are confirmed with the quotation and may be credited against a qualifying mass-production order.
Sample Lead Time: Stock samples are available within 1–3 days. Custom samples are ready in 7 working days.
Mass Production Lead Time: 13–30 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on specifications, order volume and customization complexity.
We conduct IQC, IPQC and FQC throughout production. If a verified manufacturing defect, such as weak sealing or leakage, is identified within 180 days of delivery, we will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or credit, in line with the agreed purchase terms.

Absolutely. We deeply respect intellectual property. We are fully willing to sign a strict NDA before you share any proprietary designs, custom shapes, or branding artwork with us. Your customized products will remain strictly confidential and will never be displayed in our public catalog, exhibited at trade shows, or sold to other clients.
Yes, we work with professional freight forwarders who specialize in international logistics. We offer flexible trade terms including FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you choose DDP, we handle all customs clearance and duties, delivering goods directly to your Amazon FBA warehouse or private business address across the US and Europe.
Since gel packs are heavy, we use reinforced, export-standard 5-layer corrugated master cartons. If required, we also provide palletization services to ensure the cargo remains intact and moisture-free during long-distance ocean or air freight.
Welcome! We transparency. We welcome third-party inspections (such as SGS, BV, or Intertek) prior to shipment. We also support virtual live factory tours via video calls (Zoom/Teams) if you cannot visit China in person.
Our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit upfront, and the 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy or before shipment. For initial cooperation, we also accept secure payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Standard gel and gel-bead packs use different filling structures and should be compared against the intended product format:
- Standard Gel Packs: Evaluate fill ratio, conditioned flexibility, temperature profile, film or laminate, seal design, dimensions, and use instructions.
- Gel-Bead Packs: Evaluate bead distribution, visual appearance, conditioned feel, chamber design, outer material, and compatibility with the selected face, eye, or wearable format.
The better choice depends on the approved product specification, target user, claims, test conditions, packaging, and cost—not on a universal performance assumption.
There is no universal shelf life for every hot and cold pack. It depends on the gel or PCM, film or laminate, seals, manufacturing controls, packaging, storage conditions, preparation method, and acceptance criteria. Buyers should request a project-specific shelf-life basis and storage instructions for the approved configuration rather than relying on a generic duration.
Our 6,000 m² manufacturing facility supports a daily production capacity of up to 20,000 pieces. Production capacity and scheduling are confirmed for each project; we can evaluate urgent or seasonal orders based on specifications, quantities and the requested delivery date.
Packaging options with recycled, certified, reduced-material, or alternative components can be discussed for a specific project. Any environmental claim should identify the exact material, percentage, certification scope, supplier evidence, disposal context, and destination-market rules. FSC, recycled-content, recyclability, biodegradability, and reuse claims are not interchangeable and should be verified before artwork is approved.
