Yes, absolutely. Our factory is ISO 13485 certified (Medical Devices Quality Management). All our products meet the stringent safety standards of the US and EU markets. We can provide full documentation, including FDA registration, CE (MDR) certification, MSDS, REACH, and RoHS reports.

Yes. Thanks to our proprietary anti-freezing gel formula, our gel packs remain pliable and flexible even at -18°C (-0.4°F). This allows the pack to contour perfectly to any body part for maximum therapeutic effect, rather than freezing into a hard, uncomfortable ice brick.
Yes, we are a direct factory with strong R&D capabilities. We provide full OEM and ODM services. You can customize:

- Branding: Silk-screen printing, debossed logos, or custom fabric labels.

Yes. We recommend approving samples before bulk production.
Product Renderings: Initial renderings are available within 3 working days after requirements are confirmed.
Stock Samples: Available within 1–3 days; customers cover express shipping.
Custom Samples: Samples with your logo or custom specifications are ready in 7 working days. Sample-fee arrangements are confirmed with the quotation and may be credited against a qualifying mass-production order.
Sample Lead Time: Stock samples are available within 1–3 days. Custom samples are ready in 7 working days.
Mass Production Lead Time: 13–30 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on specifications, order volume and customization complexity.
We conduct IQC, IPQC and FQC throughout production. If a verified manufacturing defect, such as weak sealing or leakage, is identified within 180 days of delivery, we will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or credit, in line with the agreed purchase terms.

Yes, we work with professional freight forwarders who specialize in international logistics. We offer flexible trade terms including FOB, CIF, EXW, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you choose DDP, we handle all customs clearance and duties, delivering goods directly to your Amazon FBA warehouse or private business address across the US and Europe.
Since gel packs are heavy, we use reinforced, export-standard 5-layer corrugated master cartons. If required, we also provide palletization services to ensure the cargo remains intact and moisture-free during long-distance ocean or air freight.
Welcome! We transparency. We welcome third-party inspections (such as SGS, BV, or Intertek) prior to shipment. We also support virtual live factory tours via video calls (Zoom/Teams) if you cannot visit China in person.
Our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit upfront, and the 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy or before shipment. For initial cooperation, we also accept secure payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Our gel packs have a standard shelf life of 2 to 3 years under proper storage conditions. We use high-barrier sealing materials that prevent moisture evaporation over time. For maximum longevity, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat prior to retail sale or use.
Our 6,000 m² manufacturing facility supports a daily production capacity of up to 20,000 pieces. Production capacity and scheduling are confirmed for each project; we can evaluate urgent or seasonal orders based on specifications, quantities and the requested delivery date.
Yes. First, our hot/cold packs are intrinsically sustainable as they are designed for hundreds of reuses, reducing single-use waste.
